My research interests are in the areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and agent-based modeling of non-linear and complex systems. Specifically:
• Knowledge discovery and extraction from unstructured data
• Dynamic ontology discovery
• Agent-based models of natural systems
• Epigenetic robots
