Information on Extreme Project Management

This presentation included a HANDS-ON exercise

Many projects today are defined using traditional project management approaches and tools.  Unfortunately, these methodologies do not work well with the fast-paced, people-centric, agile projects in IT and product development realms.  Extreme project management is a relatively new framework for managing these often chaotic projects.  This talk combines discussions with hands-on exercises to allow participants to learn and practice extreme project management techniques and contrast them with traditional project management techniques.
