I recently completed my doctorate at University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the Department of Computer Science part of the College of Computing and Informatics. My PhD advisor is Dr. Zbigniew Ras .

I delivered my PhD proposal in May of 2019, and graduated in Summer of 2020.

I have had the opportunity to broaden my experience by teaching undergraduate classes in Database Systems, Logic and Algorithms, and Introduction to Computer Science. I have also served as a teaching assistant on several occasions.

My primary research interests are in the intersections of computing, business and art.

I completed my undergraduate work at Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina. There, I majored in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Information Systems. During that time, I had two advisors, Dr. Pamela Thompson and Professor Darin Spencer.

I am a member of the Knowledge Discovery in Databases lab at UNCC. My research interests include data mining, data visualization and computing education.
