Collaboration

The course is
designed to provide students with the background, knowledge base, experience,
and personal contact to work collaboratively with professionals and parents. Learning consultation and collaboration skills assures that the needs of
individuals with Exceptional Learning Need are addressed throughout their school

to devise communication tools, such as a letterhead, logo, newsletter and daily
and weekly devices to keep teachers and parents abreast. Also, a resource file
listing referrals for teachers and parents are required. Additionally, a
family plan that includes collaborative problem solving is a major part of the

and resources. Technology requirements include (a) reliable internet access; (b)
